POEM LIFE was an idea that bloomed when poet Shaun Perkins wrote and began performing her one-woman show of that same name. POEM LIFE has expanded to include a podcast and a daily email list.
Shaun Perkins, born and raised in Locust Grove, Oklahoma, is the director of the Rural Oklahoma Museum of Poetry. She is a lifelong poet who has been published in a variety of journals and publications. She writes a weekly column for The Paper out of Mayes County.
